Volunteers
CMPH has about 25 volunteers.
They usually offer half a day (3 hours) once a week at the T&BC and 2-4 hours per week at the Day Centre, depending on the tasks involved.
The only qualification necessary to become a volunteer is a willingness to empathise with the problems of the members and to give time to be with them. Interviews and a trial visit will be arranged with the relevant manager on application. Appropriate training and support is provided.
